Filipino Worker Processing for UAE Employers
Philippines-based, DMW-licensed recruitment agency serving employers since 1990.
Filipino worker processing for UAE employers supports companies that have already selected candidates and need Philippine recruitment and deployment coordination. ABD assesses the employer file, worker circumstances and remaining requirements before confirming a processing-only scope.
Start with the employer and candidate circumstances, not a new sourcing campaign. Tell ABD which tasks you need reviewed and which documents or approvals already exist.
Filipino worker processing for UAE employers
Processing-only is an agreed service scope for an employer that already has selected workers. ABD reviews the proposed employment and Philippine processing requirements, then identifies the work it can undertake. Candidate sourcing can be excluded when it is not needed, but any required validation, worker protection and regulatory steps remain.
The initial assessment should distinguish workers currently in the Philippines from those already working in the UAE or another country. First deployment, returning-worker processing, a change of employer and a direct-hire exemption are not interchangeable cases. An existing UAE visa does not, by itself, establish eligibility to leave the Philippines for employment.
What to include in the first enquiry
- Company’s legal name, business activity and mainland or free-zone registration.
- Actual employer, sponsor, emirate and full worksite; end-client details if workers will be assigned elsewhere.
- Number of selected workers, occupations and their current country; whether this is first deployment, rehire or a new employer.
- Salary, working hours, benefits, accommodation and transport arrangements.
- Status of employer accreditation, job order, contracts, UAE permits and any occupational license.
- Desired start date and the remaining tasks for which you need ABD’s assistance.
For the initial business enquiry, summarize readiness. Do not send passports, medical files or other sensitive worker records through a general enquiry form unless ABD has arranged the appropriate document channel.
Use “UAE processing-only” and summarize the selected workers and documents already completed.
What processing-only may include
- Reviewing the employer file and identifying missing MWO/DMW documents.
- Coordinating employer accreditation and job-order requirements applicable to the agreed route.
- Reviewing candidate employment documents and the consistency of the proposed role and contract.
- Coordinating required medical, documentary and pre-departure steps within the agreed Philippine scope.
- Aligning Philippine departure clearance and travel readiness with the employer’s UAE permit process.
The final scope is confirmed after assessment. The UAE employer and its authorized representatives remain responsible for their permit applications, lawful employment arrangements and any facility or business approvals. ABD does not promise government approval.
Accreditation and direct hire are separate questions
MWO Dubai’s guidance distinguishes agency hire, domestic-worker recruitment and direct/name hire subject to applicable exemptions. “We selected the worker ourselves” does not automatically qualify an employer for direct hire. For an agency-based processing route, the employer’s accreditation, job order and employment documentation still need to meet the applicable requirements.
The MWO covering the worksite must be identified. Dubai and Northern Emirates requirements should not be presented as a universal Abu Dhabi checklist. Labor-supply and cleaning companies deploying to client sites may need additional client agreements, manpower requests and trade-license evidence. Review the UAE employer accreditation guide before budgeting or booking travel.
Healthcare and homecare cases
For selected nurses, provide the facility’s emirate, regulator, licensed service and intended professional title. Qualification review, primary-source verification, assessment where required, registration and license activation must be assessed through the competent health authority. Passing an assessment or holding an eligibility record is not necessarily permission to begin clinical practice.
Dubai DHA, Abu Dhabi DOH and the authority responsible for another facility’s jurisdiction must not be treated as identical workflows. Homecare nursing also requires an appropriate licensed provider and clinical scope. Domestic caregiving is a different employment category.
Costs and mobilization planning
Ask for a quotation that distinguishes ABD coordination, government and third-party charges, professional licensing, medical requirements and travel. Supply evidence of completed steps so duplicate work can be avoided where the authorities accept existing documents. No universal fixed fee or arrival date can be confirmed from a worker count alone.
Use a readiness sequence: employer file accepted, selected-worker documents reviewed, required permits and clearances obtained, then travel arranged. If a document expires or the employer, occupation or worksite changes, the sequence may need reassessment.
Questions employers commonly ask
Do we have to repeat candidate sourcing?
Not necessarily. ABD can assess a scope centered on your existing selections, including any validation still required.
Can processing guarantee faster deployment?
A completed shortlist can remove sourcing time, but regulatory and documentary dependencies still apply.
Can agencies request this service?
Yes, legitimate agencies can submit an identified employer requirement through the agency partnership route.
Send your company details and a concise readiness summary. ABD will assess the applicable route before confirming a proposal.
