Philippine Recruitment Partner for Qatar Agencies
Philippine-based recruitment coordination for agency partners and employers, since 1990.
Looking for a Philippine recruitment partner for Qatar agencies? ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation welcomes partnership inquiries tied to identifiable employers, defined positions, and a clear recruitment scope. Start with your agency profile and the end client’s requirements so we can assess the proposed arrangement and the support needed in the Philippines.
A useful partnership begins with agreement on who the employer is, who may act for that employer, and who will coordinate each stage. Tell us whether you need candidate sourcing and assessment, recruitment documentation coordination, or support for candidates your client has already selected.
Choosing a Philippine Recruitment Partner for Qatar Agencies
This page is for Qatar recruitment agencies and authorized business representatives arranging recruitment for commercial employers. Provide your legal business identity, relevant license information, and relationship with the proposed employer. ABD will need enough information to review the parties and the intended recruitment arrangement before accepting a mandate.
If you are the direct employer, use our Qatar employer recruitment guide. If your client has already identified candidates, review Filipino worker processing for Qatar and explain what remains outstanding. A request for processing support still needs a case-specific assessment.
What to include in your partnership inquiry
- Agency identity: legal name, website, office location, relevant registration and license details, and an authorized contact.
- End employer: legal company name, business activity, worksite, and your relationship with the client.
- Workforce requirement: positions, headcount, duties, qualifications, experience, and any role-specific assessment needs.
- Employment offer: proposed salary, benefits, accommodation, transport, working arrangements, and contract duration.
- Existing progress: accreditation or job-order status, interviews completed, selected candidates, and documents already prepared.
- Requested support: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation coordination, or a defined combination.
- Timing: desired start dates and whether the requirement is a confirmed order, a tender, or an early planning discussion.
For several clients, separate the requirement by legal employer and worksite. A single total headcount can hide differences in conditions, responsibilities, and documentation. Start with a business summary; agree on a suitable channel before sharing confidential contracts or sensitive candidate records.
Agree on responsibilities before presenting candidates
Use the following discussion checklist to define the proposed workflow. It is a starting point for a written agreement, not a statement that every service is included.
- Qatar agency: identify the client, explain its mandate, consolidate the requirement, and designate the person responsible for client communication.
- End employer: confirm the actual duties, employment offer, worksite arrangements, selection decisions, and employer documents.
- ABD: assess the proposed Philippine recruitment scope and confirm the sourcing, screening, interview, and documentation tasks it can accept.
- All parties: agree on document handoffs, candidate feedback, changes to requirements, issue escalation, and post-arrival communication.
Decide who approves a shortlist and who can change the offer. If the agency conducts an initial interview and the employer conducts a final interview, record both stages and the feedback owner. Role-specific tests should reflect the actual job; do not substitute a generic interview for an employer’s stated technical requirement.
Agency involvement and Qatar accreditation
MWO Qatar’s skilled-worker checklist includes additional documents for employers working with a Qatar recruitment agency, including a service agreement, client manpower demand, and agency license information. The required file depends on the arrangement. Agency registration alone should not be treated as confirmation that a particular employer or job order is ready.
Use the Qatar employer accreditation guide to prepare the discussion. Ask ABD to identify the applicable document route before signing templates or promising a start date. You can also consult the Department of Migrant Workers for official Philippine recruitment information.
Set a clear commercial scope
Request a written proposal against the actual requirement. Define included tasks, exclusions, payment responsibilities, payment stages, and how additional work will be authorized. Distinguish agency services from any applicable official charges, assessments, medical examinations, travel, translation, or attestation costs.
Discuss candidate withdrawal, changes to the employment offer, and any requested replacement terms before recruitment begins. Exclusivity, client-contact arrangements, and volume commitments require an express agreement; an initial inquiry does not establish them. Timing must account for employer readiness, candidate availability, approvals, and remaining deployment requirements.
Agency partnership questions
Can we discuss a partnership before securing an employer order?
Yes. Explain that the inquiry is exploratory and identify your sectors and expected role in the arrangement. A preliminary discussion does not confirm a quotation, candidate supply, or acceptance of a future project.
Do we need to identify the end employer?
Provide the employer details needed for assessment. If confidentiality is a concern, raise it at the start and agree on how information can be shared. An unnamed requirement is not enough to finalize a recruitment arrangement.
Can ABD support only part of the recruitment process?
Describe the completed work and requested tasks. ABD must assess whether that scope is appropriate and confirm the responsibilities and exclusions before accepting it.
Does this cover household recruitment?
This page addresses recruitment for commercial employers. Describe the actual worker category and arrangement so the appropriate route can be assessed.
