Request Supplier Onboarding Support
1. Provide Your Supplier Registration Requirements
Start with the name of your contracting organization, the proposed recruitment service, and the countries or worksites involved. Include your procurement contact and any supplier portal or registration reference.
- Company name and the entity that will contract with ABD.
- Procurement contact, work email, and relevant departments.
- Service scope, destination countries, roles, and expected headcount where known.
- Registration instructions, questionnaire requirements, and submission method.
- Deadline and time zone, including any internal review milestones.
For ABD’s legal identity and registration details, review Corporate Credentials & Due Diligence.
2. Coordinate Questionnaires and Supporting Documents
Identify the corporate records and qualification responses your organization requires. ABD reviews the request and coordinates the relevant information, supporting documents, and any points requiring clarification.
The corporate document index includes SEC registration, the DMW license certificate, service-scope letter, quality policy, and company-profile information. Copies are provided upon request, subject to review and applicable confidentiality arrangements.
For operational evaluation, review quality assurance and candidate assessment and ethical recruitment and compliance. If your questionnaire requests additional policies or evidence, identify the exact requirement so availability can be assessed.
3. Review Confidentiality and Document Exchange
Let ABD know if an NDA is required before exchanging confidential material. Proposed confidentiality terms and document-exchange arrangements are reviewed before the relevant records are shared.
Use the initial request to describe what you need. Confidential supporting files can be exchanged through arrangements agreed with the enterprise contact after review.
4. Define the Service Scope and Contract
Review the proposed engagement against your workforce requirement and procurement conditions. ABD’s enterprise recruitment overview provides the starting point for a scope discussion.
- Recruitment activities included and the responsibilities of each party.
- Roles, worksites, headcount, and any phased deployment arrangements.
- Employer interview, selection, and document responsibilities.
- Reporting, escalation, and agreed service measures.
- Commercial terms, change handling, and contract-dependent replacement arrangements.
Review account management and service standards when setting communication and reporting expectations. Payroll coordination or other additional support must be expressly included in the agreed scope where applicable.
Submitting supplier paperwork initiates review. Scope, prices, service commitments, and contractual terms remain subject to agreement by the parties.
5. Confirm Commercial and Invoicing Requirements
Provide the billing entity, purchase-order requirements, invoice submission channel, accounts-payable contact, and any supporting records your payment process requires.
Pricing, currency, payment milestones, payment terms, and any tax-document requirements should be reviewed for the specific engagement. Banking or other confidential financial records can be coordinated with the enterprise contact through the agreed document-exchange process.
