Account Management & Service Standards
Employer account management at ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation brings together recruitment coordination, progress reporting, documented decisions, and post-deployment follow-up. The service scope and communication arrangements are agreed for each engagement.
From the initial requirement through arrival and ongoing support, employers need to know what is progressing, what needs attention, and which decisions are required from their team.

At the start of an engagement, confirm the working contacts for recruitment, document processing, deployment coordination, and post-deployment support. The employer should identify its contacts for interview scheduling, selection approval, document submission, and arrival arrangements.
Kickoff & Requirement Confirmation
ABD’s client requirement assessment establishes job titles, headcount, worksite conditions, required competencies, compensation, and target deployment dates. The employer-confirmed Job Information Form provides the basis for sourcing and screening.
- Confirm the recruitment scope, roles, locations, and any phased deployment plan.
- Identify the employer inputs and documents needed for the next stages.
- Confirm interview arrangements and the employer’s selection process.
- Agree how progress updates, decisions, and issues will be communicated.
Candidate acceptance follows the criteria established through quality assurance and candidate assessment. The employer retains final selection authority.
Communication Arrangements
Reporting frequency, meeting arrangements, communication channels, and any response-time commitments should be agreed for the engagement. These arrangements need to reflect the project’s scale, time zones, interview schedule, and deployment phases.
Provide clear written confirmation of selections, requirement changes, and other decisions that affect processing. This helps ABD coordinate the next steps against an agreed requirement.
Recruitment & Deployment Reporting
ABD’s confirmed reporting process includes the following visibility checkpoints:
- Shortlist status and interview outcomes with timestamps.
- Processing and approval progress, including outstanding requirements.
- Deployment status and milestone tracking.
- Arrival confirmation and post-arrival onboarding or performance monitoring support.
- Performance feedback recording and periodic documentation review.
Where payroll coordination is specifically included in the engagement, reporting may include payroll registers, variance views, overtime and allowance summaries, and exception logs. Payroll support is scope-dependent and should be confirmed in the service agreement.
Employer account management works best when both teams agree which milestones to track and who must act on each exception. Review the measures below when defining your reporting requirements.
Agreed Service Measures
Employers can discuss the measures needed for their recruitment project. The examples below are options for agreement, rather than published performance guarantees:
- Shortlist progress against confirmed role and headcount requirements.
- Interview completion and selection status by recruitment batch.
- Document readiness and outstanding processing requirements.
- Planned and actual deployment milestones, with reasons for changes.
- Open issues, corrective actions, and follow-up status.
For any contractual KPI, confirm its definition, target, reporting interval, responsibilities, and treatment of dependencies such as employer decisions or regulatory approvals.
Issue Handling & Escalation
ABD uses formal communication pathways and structured coordination to address issues. Early identification of performance variance supports corrective action before formal escalation is required.
When raising an issue, provide the affected role or batch, the relevant dates, the operational impact, and the decision or assistance needed. ABD coordinates issue routing and follow-up with the relevant parties. Employers retain operational control at the worksite.
Employment and worker-welfare concerns are handled through the appropriate support and coordination channels. Review ABD’s ethical recruitment and compliance approach.
Change Requests & Recruitment Delays
Changes to roles, headcount, compensation, worksites, selections, or deployment batches should be documented and reviewed for their effect on screening and processing. ABD’s workflow uses confirmed inputs, early readiness checks, and follow-up on deficiencies to reduce avoidable rework.
Deployment planning depends on document readiness, interview scheduling, medicals, and approvals. Discuss outstanding requirements and revised milestones when a delay affects the plan. See business continuity and recruitment risk management for related coordination considerations.
Post-Deployment Support
ABD’s post-deployment services include arrival confirmation, monitoring support, performance feedback recording, and issue coordination. Support can also include planning for orderly contract completion, scheduled replacement cycles, and re-deployment requirements within the agreed scope.
Replacement Arrangements & Contract Terms
Replacements are managed through documented employer approval to maintain processing stability and batch integrity. Eligibility, responsibilities, timing, costs, and any warranty support depend on the contractual agreement.
Discuss these terms during supplier onboarding and contracting. This page does not establish a universal replacement period, free replacement entitlement, or guaranteed deployment date.
Share your workforce requirement, reporting expectations, proposed milestones, and any supplier service standards for review.
