RFP & Tender Invitations
Send recruitment RFP and tender invitations to ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation for review. Our enterprise team also evaluates RFIs, RFQs, and supplier prequalification requests for overseas workforce requirements.
Share the service scope, workforce requirement, submission instructions, and deadline. Our enterprise contact coordinates the review and any clarification needed to assess participation.
Recruitment RFP and Tender Invitations
- Request for Information (RFI): Company capabilities, service scope, and qualification information.
- Request for Proposal (RFP): A proposed recruitment approach and service response against your requirements.
- Request for Quotation (RFQ): Commercial review for a defined scope and workforce requirement.
- Tender invitation: Participation review for your formal procurement process.
- Prequalification: Corporate documentation and capability review before a procurement opportunity.
For vendor registration requirements, use Supplier Onboarding & Contracting. For a workforce inquiry without a formal procurement process, use Request Manpower.
Recruitment Scope for Review
ABD’s service scope includes end-to-end recruitment, processing of employer-selected applicants, candidate screening and testing coordination, documentation and deployment coordination, and post-deployment support. Additional services are reviewed against the proposed engagement.
Describe the activities you expect ABD to perform and the responsibilities retained by your organization. Include any multiple-role, multiple-worksite, or phased deployment requirement. Review Enterprise Workforce Recruitment for the service overview and Account Management & Service Standards for reporting and coordination considerations.

- Procurement reference: Invitation type, project title, and tender or sourcing reference.
- Workforce requirement: Job titles, headcount, competencies, required credentials, destination countries, and worksites.

Deadlines and Time Zones
State the closing date, exact time, and time zone. Include separate deadlines for an expression of interest, clarification questions, portal registration, and final submission if your process uses them.
Identify any mandatory briefing or pre-bid meeting and provide instructions for receiving amendments. Participation and the response schedule depend on review of the invitation, requirements, and available preparation time.
NDA and Document Exchange
If confidential tender documents require an NDA, indicate this in your invitation. The enterprise contact can coordinate review of the proposed terms and document-exchange arrangements.
The initial form records the opportunity and submission instructions. Supporting files can be exchanged through arrangements agreed after review; include a portal address or reference where applicable.
Invitation Review and Next Steps
- Review the opportunity: Assess the service scope, destinations, qualification requirements, and deadlines.
- Clarify requirements: Coordinate questions, document access, and confidentiality arrangements where needed.
- Confirm participation: Establish whether ABD can participate and the applicable response arrangements.
- Prepare the response: For accepted invitations, coordinate the relevant capability information, proposed scope, and commercial response according to the procurement instructions.
Submitting this form starts an invitation review. Participation, pricing, service commitments, and response dates are confirmed separately for the opportunity.
